We are working exclusively with a Tier 2 Asset Finance House that is looking for an additional Sales Executive that they can train and develop into an Asset Finance Broker Manager. Location of particular interest is South West, but we would still be interested in speaking with you if your location doesn’t fit this criteria.

We are looking for candidates who have some sales experience gained in the asset finance industry but are looking to progress their career. You may perhaps be an Internal Sales position at the moment but keen to take your next step. You will receive the training and development required to progress into a Hard Asset Broker Manager fairly quickly. Your salary will also increase as you develop and it is anticipated that if you start in the role on a basic of £27,000 (plus car) and as you perform well, your basic salary will be £35,000 by the end of your first year. You will also receive a company car and uncapped commission.
