​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​J2852 - Our client is seeking a Sales Support Executive with experience of asset finance leasing administration. You will manage the lifecycle of a lease from quote production, to raising documentation through to payout.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Gtr London / Herts

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing Finance Quotes.

• Working through the lifecycle of a lease from raising Finance Documentation to Pay Out.

• Processing Finance approvals, and updating internal CRM systems.

• Liaising with Customers and funders where required to request information needed to complete a deal.

• Dealing with early settlements.

• Monitoring and updating deals in process, chasing overdue items.

• Supporting Ad-hoc requests that come into admin Inbox.

• Supporting the Finance Director. 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Previous experience of working in an Asset Finance / Equipment Finance Role with either an equipment Leasing Company or an asset finance Broker is essential.

• A “Can-Do” attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.

• The ability to work individually and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good standard of written English.

• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc with the ability to quickly learn to use new, previously unfamiliar software).

• Ability to work under strict deadlines.

• Attention to detail and accuracy when completing finance proposals and leasing documentation. 

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
