These will include a range of internal, external and introducer marketing and communication activities as defined within the plans. In addition, the role will assist with the management of marketing systems and assets as appropriate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with the delivery of marketing activities to support sales strategy.

  • Supporting the delivery of external communications via e-tools and the CRM system.

  • Assist with the collating, writing and delivering of regular internal communications as required.

  • Ensuring all created materials are compliant with corporate brand guidelines and approved within the approval processes required.

  • Supporting company's awareness and communications campaign increasing social media coverage.

  • Maintaining and updating company's intranet and internet with relevant content.

  • Prepare and maintain an annual Events Plan.

  • Plan and coordinate marketing event activities such as trade shows, partners days, corporate hospitality.

  • Co-ordinate and prepare presentations/promotional materials.

  • Maintain the budget document to ensure all costs are recorded, PO’s raised, and invoices processed in a timely manner.

  • General administration and other ad-hoc duties as and when required to support the needs of the department and business. 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • A high level of numeracy and good attention to detail.

  • A proactive approach to problem solving, can work under pressure and to deadlines.

  • Organisational skills, ability to work on and manage several ongoing projects simultaneously.

  • Good communicator/excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Good time management.

  • Team player.

  • Demonstrate creativity for designing campaigns.

  • Experience in online web/email applications.

  • Desire to learn and develop skills. 

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
