​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​J2922 - Our client is seeking an Internal Account Manager, Construction & Logistics to achieve the revenue objectives by proactively managing specified dealer relationships in the construction / logistics and food & agri market. This will include managing the set-up and onboarding of new dealers and providing regular telephone contact with approved dealers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the main contact point for specified dealers, ensuring efficient proposal flow and conversion into new business.

  • Proactively contacting specific dealers agreed with sales management and handling sales enquiries from these dealers, converting them into new business by negotiation and follow-up as appropriate.

  • Manage and maximise current dealer relationships, ensuring business flow is maintained and finance penetration is in line or exceeds targets.

  • Monitor and review KPIs and SLAs with specified dealers, ensuring agreed sales conversion rates and service quality are achieved.

  • Manage documentation completion requests from dealers, whilst continuing to develop the use of POS.

  • Participating in introductory source reviews in a timely fashion ensuring all dealers remain valid and compliant.

  • Act as a specific Internal contact for ROI proposals & novations – providing supplementary information and enhancing the resubmission / appeals process.

  • Own the ROI portfolio management activities – including all CRM records, pipeline reports, and implementing an ROI renewals process.

  • Maintain regular communication with Key Account Managers and Area Managers in respect of introductory sources.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Broad knowledge and understanding of commercial finance specifically within the sales aid vendor finance market.

  • Strong communication skills and an ability to influence and negotiate.

  • Ability to work under own initiative but also as part of a dynamic sales team.

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills. 

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
