​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​J2931 - Our client is seeking a Payouts Administrator to be responsible for not only being a key contact for customers (both external and internal) but also take ownership of key tasks such as pay-outs of Block and receivables. You will also ensure that outstanding tasks are completed in line with the service level agreements.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Gtr London / Surrey

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Being a main contact for customer queries. 

• Responsible for pay-outs.

• Work collaboratively with the Team Manager to identify any inefficiencies within process and advise on improvements.

• Ensure responsive resolution to problems that impact on service throughout the life-cycle of a finance agreement.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Results driven

• Strong level of customer service.

• Strong communicator with the understanding of the importance of how maintaining good customer relations impacts the flow of business.

• Experience of working in a finance or similar environment.

• Strong attention to detail. 

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
