​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​J2995 - Our client is seeking an International Funding Manager to work in partnership with it's international sales teams, customers and distributors to lead the international Lease Financing function to maximize sales opportunities while managing risk by sourcing and developing relationships with international financing vendors. The role requires frequent international travel and you will be expected to live with an easy commute of an international airport.

Executive level salary, bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Flexible (Remote)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sourcing financing vendors in EMEA and AP to meet distributor and direct market/sales demand.

• Provide various vendor financing options/solutions within each distributor and direct market to meet customer demand.

• Collaborate with Sales and Customers to establish priority and requirements in each market where financing is requested and provide financing solution to maximise sales.

• Negotiate and establish vendor recourse and cash pool programs via contract with terms that are acceptable to client requirements.

• Establish credit and underwriting controls to apply to all recourse/cash pool distributor and direct financing programs established to ensure controls are in place.

• Collaborate with existing credit personnel to train and establish processes for credit in each region that are aligned with best practices and monitored for adherence to established goals. 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Deep knowledge of equipment financing vendors in EMEA and AP regions that can be utilised to maximise sales and market share.

• Ability to negotiate and develop vendor financing programs/contracts.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong sales and collaboration skills to determine financing products/needs and priority within each region and providing customers financial products.

• Credit and underwriting skills to effectively control and mitigate risk.

• Training and communication skills to align credit staff regarding finance program credit controls.

• The role requires frequent international travel and you will be expected to live with an easy commute of an international airport. 

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
