As the Operations Graduate, is a pivotal role in supporting sales, purchasing and operations activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates passionate about developing careers within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The role:

• You are required to maintain ethical standards in accordance with the Companies Compliance Guidelines and Policies including Anti-Bribery and all relevant competition law.
• Assist in managing customer and operational inquiries and providing timely responses, maintaining excellent customer relations.
• Actively support the team in achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to the overall success.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to learn and understand their purchasing requirements and provide procurement support accordingly.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services, resolving any issues that may arise.
• Support in creating and management of best practice, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in line with local and international compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn and identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline operational processes.
• When required support sales activities, identifying prospective clients, generate leads, and cultivate strong customer relationships.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or related field and must have graduated in the past 3 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
