Our client is a leading financial services institution who are seeking someone to join the team as a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager who will report directly to the Managing Director.
The Role:
- Responsible for executing the ESG plan roadmap and deliverables
- Make sure to coordinate and align the ESG by design implementation with committed local ESG action plan
- Coordinate the various priorities set or action to be performed with the main stakeholders to achieve the above
- Be the main point of contact with the regulator and different leasing association on ESG topics
- Prepare ad hoc regular communication and reporting for the internal and external Boards and Committees
- Report regularly to the CEOs ad hoc steering Committee on status of the various action plan
- Be the link with other ESG projects within OKR initiatives Continue the CSR Vision
- Support the business priority for diversity and inclusion in order to deliver the Vision with clear milestones and KPIs
- Direct and animate the committees to help achieve the business goals
- Represent the company on all CSR subjects both internally and externally with CSR partner organisations
- To recognise and reward individuals and teams for their CSR contribution and create a sense of shared pride in our collective accomplishments,
- Co-ordinate fund raising activity in support of the chosen charities
- Promote active participation in volunteering opportunities
- Raise the companies awareness of climate change and promote activities in support of all environmental initiatives to help address climate change
- Manage reporting, collating and reporting on key impact data for the to highlight the impact on the local community
- Support HR with the DEI strategy
Skills, Competencies & Personal Qualities:
- Previous CSR and ESG experience within a corporate environment
- Project Management Skills
- Change Management Experience
- Strong and communicative presentation style
- A self-starter, able to remain effective whilst working under pressure
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with key stakeholders
- Competent in balancing strategic direction with being transactional and delivering
- Effective communications skills
- Excellent organisational and project skills
- Ability to gather data; analyse and present
- Influencing skills to gain support by persuading and convincing others at all levels of the organisation
